Adventure Camp
8th grade - 17 years old
(entering these grades in the fall)

Adventure Camp has four themes that concentrate heavily on specific skills learned throughout the week. All four themes culminate with off-site trips where campers will practice the skills they learned. Campers may choose to include an (*) overnite option (see below) with their adventure camp experience. Adventure Camp themes for the 2008 summer season:

Climbing for Adventure $265 | per week
(weeks of June 23-27th and July 28-August 1st only)

(weeks of July 7-11th and August 4-8th only)

  • Canoeing
  • Boating Skills and Safety
Backpacking Adventure $250 | per week
(weeks of June 16-20th and July 14-18th only)

  • Hiking Day Trips
  • Technical Skills

Please note:
The availability of each these is dependent on demand;
A minimum number of campers per theme is required.

(*)OVERNITE OPTION
Senior and Adventure campers have the option to stay overnight at one of our campsites Monday through Thursday night. The extra fee includes camp food from Monday night dinner to Friday lunch. It also includes male and female counselor supervision throughout the night. Campers are taught the basics of "back-country camping" and outdoor meal preparation.
